Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery if what arrived is damaged or not what you ordered, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If a product develops a manufacturing fault after you’ve started using it, most of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty (1 to 5 years depending on the item, listed on each product page), and a defective unit is typically handled as a warranty claim rather than a return. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process for your specific product.
For safety and resale reasons, the following can’t be returned: batteries that have been opened, charged, or used, equipment that has already been installed, and custom or special-order items sourced specifically for your order.
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account used for the original payment, within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process above applies instead.
